Vlada Barabash – Legal Assistant
I am a legal assistant at The Grossman Law Firm. Originally from Kiev, Ukraine, I moved to America in 2016 and met my husband. We now have a two-year old son who is the light of our lives.
I know from personal experience the toll an accident can take on person both physically and emotionally, which is why I joined the team at the firm. It is my priority to immediately address any concerns raised by our clients and I am devoted to helping in any way I can.
Julie Downes – Bookkeeper
Born and raised in NJ, I worked for many years in the restaurant business and attended college part-time. I went on to earn a degree in accounting from Rutgers-Newark. After graduating I did something I always wanted to and moved to California. Eventually I returned to NJ, moved down the shore and launched my bookkeeping business. Scott hired me shortly after he opened his firm. He also gave me the opportunity to assist with his cases. It’s been really rewarding to be a small part of helping our clients get through a tough time.

I fully appreciate the frustrations that come along with personal injury matters and I am committed to helping our injured clients through the process whether it is to related to getting the medical attention they need, navigating insurance related issues or acting as a sounding board. By the time we reach resolution of matters, many of the clients have become like family to me.

Kimberly Rosen – Managing Paralegal
I am the Managing Paralegal with the Grossman Law Firm. I work closely with the attorneys and support staff to assist in prosecuting our clients’ cases against the big insurance companies. Personally, I would describe myself as someone who is very compassionate and empathetic and I have always truly loved helping people, which makes my position here very rewarding. I sincerely appreciate my role in ensuring that our clients’ needs and concerns are being addressed and inevitably develop relationships with many clients throughout the litigation process, which extends beyond that of a client liaison.
I have been blessed with two children and our beloved dog, who I adore and who bring me so much happiness. I know my greatest purpose in life is to be the best mom I can be and to raise my children to respect all people without prejudices.
